This aircraft is called little Mermaid due to shortage of fuel. It took a dive in the Baltic sea 1993. After that it changed to an Experimental Aircraft EAA. But the project has been changing owners. The idea was to install a V8 engine but it was not realised. Possible engine could a Subaru engine (boxer and flat and air cooled).
