Piper J-3 Cub

1940 Piper J3C (Modified) Clipped Wing Cub I have owned it for eleven years and it has been used as an airshow display machine doing Truck Top Landings, Crazy Flying and twilight pyrotechnic shows! It has flown around 400hrs in the time I have owned it. It has an O200 Continental 100HP engine installed (from the USA) at 1088 hrs TTSMO, in June 1989. It had a Top Overhaul in September 2005 and has done 501hrs since then. TT airframe 6892hrs. Fitted with a Sensenich 69CK-0-48L metal prop in November 2010. It is a hand swing start, which it does every time on the first live blade! It has a high spec wind driven generator and disc brakes fitted. Two 50L fuel tanks. Custom made leather seat in the back with a full Hooker harness. It has LX avionics 8.33khz VHF and a mode S transponder. It has external night flying lights/strobes/landing light. At present, it is kitted out with various airshow mods which can be removed as required. It has a current UK LAA Permit to fly which expires on 22/05/2021. The selling price is Р€28,500 GBP in a two seat configuration or Р€32,500 GBP with all the approved airshow mods included. The aircraft has a G-meter and it is based in the UK.
